Dear Contributors,

We welcome submissions-articles, art, creative writing, poetry, photography (color and B&W), etc. dealing with personal experience. Spirituality, wholistic health, art, the environment, relationships, life, love, death, sex, recovery, healing, men’s and women’s issues and more.

These are the guidelines we use to determine publication of submissions:
Most importantly, your submission must be informational and of benefit to the reader--not an “infomercial” or “advertorial” which serves primarily to promote one’s product or service.

Next, the MAXIMUM WORD COUNT IS 800.

For whatever reason, your contribution may not fit into the theme we’re currently working on. However, if we like it, we’ll hold onto it. Who knows, it may even inspire us to do an issue based on your idea. Our suggestion is to write from your heart. If you’re passionate about it and love it, then maybe we will too!

Feel welcome to contact us periodically regarding its status, but not too often, please--we’re a small staff!

We come out around the first of each even month, February, April, etc., six issues per year. Articles must be received approximately six weeks prior to publication.
