ARIES (Mar 21 – Apr 20)
You've been dog-paddling, or running in place for long enough. Life has compassion and gives you some traction. Since your feet are now hitting the ground, it would be good to move in a straight line. The temptation to get excited and run round in circles, might be hard to resist.

TAURUS (Apr 21 – May 20)
Your heart travels some distance. The changes are fast and furious. You are eventually left feeling sodden and peeled. Forget the outcome, the journey is what's worth being present with. As life moves along at rabbit speed, be there. Don't space out, or miss a moment. Be exhilarated.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 21)
What is running around in circles for others, is going in a straight line for you. You are a dancer. What is a dance without a flurry of movement? Forget all ideas that you need be anything other than what you are. If you dance totally, then the exhaustion that follows, will be deep and rich.

CANCER (June 22 – Jul 22)
To move from being utterly clear about your own position but very vague about everybody else's, to finding a more equitable balance, you are going to have to do a lot of work. This is work that you can and will do, because you love truth even more than comfort. Be thorough. Be natural.

LEO (Jul 23 – Aug 22)
Though you begin the month running around like a startled chicken, you end it feeling very firm and clear in your sense of yourself. The journey from 'a' to 'b' is via a deep pool of feelings. You are due for a rebirth. The easy bit is letting in the new. The difficult bit is letting go of what's old.

VIRGO (Aug 23 – Sept 22)
Emotions that would shipwreck others, invigorate you. It is good to feel. When your feelings are running strong, you feel fully engaged with life. If the ocean of emotion is at low tide, you feel bereft. Pour all the love in your heart into what you do. Add delight and care to practical matters.

LIBRA (Sept 23 – Oct 23)
Your heart continues to travel like a meteor. From grounded sensuality, you move to a pool of deeply cleansing emotions. The way is full of playfulness, wit and repartee. If you get attached to any one phase of the journey, letting go will sting. If you can move seamlessly, delight is yours.

SCORPIO (Oct 24 – Nov 21)
In pursuing truth relentlessly in your relationships, you always end up looking at yourself in the mirror. No matter how many times you do it, nor with what sincerity, it is always you that you find. All your projections are again revealed. Truth is as curly and paradoxical as ever. Love it.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
Intensity goes wherever you go. It's not enough to simply get used to it. It has to become your love affair. Life is not being light and fluffy. It will be. You have invited truth to the surface. Life is being generous. Here it comes. Dance on the table every time an illusion bites the dust.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
When life decides that it is time to be alone, it is saying that it is time to be “all one”. You have a solitude gene, so there shouldn't be too much kicking and screaming. Find yourself a solitary mountain top and spend some time there. Ponder your way unashamedly, to joy and silence.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20 – Feb 18)
Longing is a beautiful thing. It is the pure heart of desire. Nothing that you do to fill yourself up will satisfy it. It burns as strong as ever, no matter what. That's its beauty. Make longing your friend and see where it takes you. It's bound to take you to what feeds your soul. Love longing.

PISCES (Feb 19 – Mar 20)
